Adam previously worked with the Maryland Nighthawks in the Sales and Marketing department in the fall of 2005. After one season, Adam was named the team’s Director of Sales and Marketing. Then in January of 2008, he was promoted to General Manager.

While working in the Nighthawks Sales and Marketing department, Adam led the design of the Nighthawks website and implemented the Nighthawks radio network, also becoming the voice of the Nighthawks.

Now his position as GreenHawks General Manager, Adam will oversee the team's basketball and daily operations and will integrally be involved in the team's roster development and player personnel issues.

Adam attended Thomas S. Wootton High School in Rockville, MD, where the GreenHawks play their home games. He was a three-time scholar athlete. Adam now resides in Rockville, MD.
